This is the last Will and Testament of me
John Wiseman of Peatgatehead Feetham near Reeth in the County
of York Farmer
I give and bequeath to my Brother James Wiseman All my real
personal estate and property whatsoever and wheresoever and
of what nature or tenure whatsoever to hold to him his heirs
and assigns for ever according to the several natures or tenures
thereof respectively that is to say a third part of all my
property situate at Peatgatehead and Feetham and to be my
sole Trustee and to have the sole benefit of my estate after
paying all my just debts testamentary and funeral expenses
Dated this 9th day of November 1877 Signed and acknowledged
by the said John Wiseman his mark X the Testator as and for
his last Will and Testament in the presence of us being present
at the same time who at his request and in the presence of
each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 5th
July 1878 by James Wiseman the Executor according to the
Terms of the Will
