In the Name of God Amen I William Pratt of Feetham (Joiner) in the Parish of Grinton County of York Being of sound Mind Memory and understanding do hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner following First after my decease I here order that all my just and legal debts and Funeral expenses be paid

And I hereby will give and bequeath to my Wife Ellenor Pratt all my Money or monies arising from my Copyhold Estate viz Shop and Cottage over it which I have sold to Geo Robinson Esquire of Richmond likewise all Book Debts Household Furniture Cow Horse Cart and Gear Wood &c [sic] whatever I possess within and without belonging to me with the exception of my Carpenter Tools which I hereby give and bequeath to my Son Thomas Pratt

And I do hereby appoint my Son Thomas Pratt my Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament Given under my hand and Seal this Ninth day of August in the year of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and sixty two
