This is the last Will and Testament of me James Chapman of Feetham in the Parish of Grinton and County of York I give and bequeath unto my Son John Harker Chapman and my daughter Margaret Chapman their heirs and assigns all my Copyhold Estate situate at Feetham and Low Row in the Manor of Healaugh and County of York equally between them

but I direct that my dear Wife Jane Chapman shall have the income arising therefrom for her life I give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Jane Chapman all my personal Estate of every description whatsoever and I appoint my said Wife Jane Chapman and my said Son John Chapman Executor and Executrix of this my Will and I revoke all former Wills and Testamentary Writings by me heretofore made

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty
