I Henrietta Calvert Widow of David Calvert of Lodge Green & Gunnerside in the Parish of Grinton in the County of York Innkeeper do declare this to be my last Will and testament

I give devise & bequeath all my property both real & personal of what nature & Kind so ever unto my Son David Calvert of Lodge Green & Gunnerside aforesaid Miner for his exclusive use & benefit after the payment of all my just debts funeral & testamentary expences [sic]

And I hereby appoint the aforesaid David Calvert of Lodge Green & Gunnerside Miner Sole Executor under this my Will And I do further revoke all former & other Wills & testamentary disposition & do declare this only to be my last Will & Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Seal this fifth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & forty eight
