This is The last Will and Testament of me John Bell of Kearton in the Parish of Grinton and County of York, made this 26th day of April 1851 In manner following that is to say after all my just debts is paid

I give and bequeth to my wife, Elizabeth Bell the House and appurtenances in which I now live And also all my Household Furniture and Cattle and Goods of every description, for the term of her life And at her decease my Son Robert to have the said house and all the said Cattle and Goods of every description And I also appoint my Son Robert Executor of this my Will Given under my hand and Seal this day above written
