hi everyone,
i am planning my next trip to the dales in early october. can anyone tell me what the weather will be like the first two weeks of october. i need to know something about the temperatures so i can plan what i should wear.

It contains weather records since August 2001! Three Octobers appear, of course, so you can judge for yourself.
We were in Swaledale in October 2001 and I can vouch for the accuracy of those figures: the weather was glorious with bright sunshine. Mind you, it has never yet rained heavily on me in Yorkshire...
