The Punch Bowl Hotel... Low Row

Trying to wourk out how they managed to house all the Lead Miners in Low Row & Feetham. It occurred to me that the Punch Bowl may have been involved.

Does anyone know the history of the Punch Bowl Hotel.? What was it in the 1800's, particularly 1850-ish?

Really appreciate any info.
