Lane head, Potting looking for info on a house

We are trying to search for a property that was bought by my mother in the 1950s, it is derelict and has no roof

the info we have is as follows,

It was lane head, but is near another house called lane head, it is connected to 2 fields owned by Gregg Porter senior.

It was a two bed, has an attached barn which is owned by someone else,

It was located on a mud track which branched off the potting road to the right.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
