Nov 18 - Amidst a crowd of spectators, the Rev. Lister Metcalfe, in the parochial chapel of Muker, Swaledale, near Askrigg, christened two girls and a boy, the tender offspring, at one birth, of Christopher and Margaret Peacock, whose united ages made 105 years; the former being 60 and the latter 45; and what was remarkable, the woman had two brothers and two sisters living who had twins each. The children were extremely healthy.
