Jeffray Lonsdale the son of John Lonsdale of Healey in Swaledale
haveing layd before freinds his purpose to take Ann Robinson
the daughter of James Robinson of Healey Parke in Swaledale
aforesaid to be his wife Rilations consenting theireto and freinds
haveing nothing against the sayd Jeffray and Ann tooke one an
other in mariage the 25th day of the second month 1658 In the
presence of God & in the presence of his people According
to the law of God And the practice of the holy men of God so
he became her husband and she became his wife to live faithfully
together as man and wife And we are witnesses of the same whose
names are underwritten

and in the presence of his people then met together at Healey

of myles Alderson of Stonsdaill did take to wife Saray Harker
ye daughter of James Harker of birkdaill both in the parish
of grinton in forme and maner according to Gods ordinanse
And She Likewise tooke him to be her husband in the same forme
and methode solemnizing in the presense of God And in the
face of all the Congregation then and their assembled after
due publication And Consent of parrents and some of the Assembely
names are here subscribed

William Richardson of hawes in Wensladale and Elizabeth Lonsdale
of healay in Swaledale haveing Declared their Intention of
taking each other in marage before Sevarall publick meettings
of the people of god Called Quakers both in wensladale and
swaledale According to the good order used Among them ????
procedings Here in After A deliberate consideration there
of were duly weighed by the said meettings haveing Regards
unto the Righteous Law of god and Examplle of his people Recorded
in the scripture of truth In that case they Apearing cleare
of all others and having Consent of parents and Relations
of Concerned now those are to certifie alle whom it may Concern
That for the full Acomplishing of their said Intentions this
thirteenth day of the Third month called may In the year Acording
to the English Account 1694 Thay the said William Richardson
and Elizabeth Lonsdale ---- ----In public Asembely of the
aforesaide peple and others met together at the house of Mary
Robinson at park hall In Swaledale and In a solemn manner
he the said William Richardson taking the saide Elizabeth
Lonsdale by the hand did openly declare as followeth friends
in the feare of god do I take Elizabeth Lonsdale to wife this
day promising to be to her A loving husband till death seperate
us and you are witneses on record to ye like Afict and then
and there in ye said asembely She ye said Elizabeth did in
like manner declare as followeth friends in ye feare of god
and in prsenes of you I take William Richardson to be my husband
promising to be unto him a Loving and abedeint wife who ----

and Elizabeth Richardson has a further Confirmation theare
of and did them present sett therein hands of and we whoso
are heare unto subscribed being present ---- at the Solemnising
