To the Commissioners for inquiring into the State, Custody, and Authenticity of Non-parochial Registers. The annexed or accompanying Book is (or are) the original Register Book of The Baptisms which has been kept for the Weslyan Chapel called ___

situate at Low Row in the parish of Grinton in the County of York founded about the year One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Seven.

The Book sent has been from time to time in the custody of the Society Steward for the time being, of the Congregation; and is (or are) sent to the Commissioners from the immedate custody of Isaiah Cleminson of Feetham in the Parish of Grinton who has kept it (or them) as The Society Steward.
